A portion of your ASFMRA dues is tax deductible as a business expense, but not as a charitable contribution. Additionally, in accordance with the IRC Section 6033, 9.1% of your National dues is not deductible. PLEASE NOTE: Contributions to the Education Foundation of the ASFMRA, a 501(C)(3) charitable foundation, are tax deductible.
