ASFMRA is an internationally recognized leader in agricultural and rural real estate education.
- Practicality – The information taught is extremely beneficial when applied to the appraisal assignments in the “real world” and blended with just the right amount of theory. Our instructors give you the tools you need to go back to your office and start applying them to your work the day you return from class.
- Instructors – Qualified instructors for ASFMRA courses and seminars are experienced appraisers, reviewers or managers who have earned the ASFMRA designations. Many of our instructors have considerable background in classroom teaching situations largely due to their recognized achievements in their professions.
- Specialized – Our rural and agricultural education is the highest quality available in the nation today. No other organization has its arms around the subject of rural appraisal, appraisal reviews or farm management like we do!
You may take any course out of sequence. However, you will need to sign a Course Prerequisite Waiver indicating you understand that you will not receive extra time or attention from the instructors to catch up with the rest of the class.
