Finley Appraisal Services, Inc. consists of Mark Finley, ARA, RPRA, one very competent Appraisal Assistant, one certified general agricultural appraiser, and two residential appraisers (one assists in commercial work). We specialize in farm and ranch, condemnation, rural commercial and residential appraisals along with appraisal reviews. The candidate should have an ARA or MAI designation or be in the educational and/or experience track to obtain the ARA or MAI designation by no later than November 2013. The Willcox rural community consists of about 10,000 persons in a strong agricultural area of southeastern Arizona. Elevation is 4,200’ and we experience four gentle seasons each year.
