Calfifornia Water [March 2, 2010]

Members of the California chapter are hoping for some relief to a long standing problem regarding the moving of water throughout the state. Some proposed legislation might provide just that. The Los Angeles Times Bettina Boxall reported that, “When California Sen. Dianne Feinstein drafted legislation that would weaken endangered species protections to deliver more water to San Joaquin Valley farms, her rationale was jobs.   Read more>>
